Holistic Person-centered Care
Successful Partnerships are of Utmost Importance.
We work closely with a variety of community partners to provide our clients with comprehensive and top-quality care. Our collaborations with Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and other related service providers enable us to connect our clients with essential mainstream services like general practitioners, psychiatrists, community nurses, and educational institutions. Additionally, we have established a broad network of partnerships with allied health professionals, enabling us to link our clients to NDIS-funded services such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physiotherapy. Our goal is to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and their families.
Furthermore, we advocate for the Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach, which is aimed at children with disabilities, developmental delays, or additional needs. These children may benefit from the guidance and assistance of an Early Childhood Partner who can provide support across various environments and fields of expertise.
